Payment in full is required with each appointment. The office accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, and VISA.

There is a $35 charge for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellations due to illness or weather conditions are exempt from this charge.

Insurance may cover some or all of the costs of your acupuncture treatments. Your insurance policy should state whether or not treatments are covered, or you may need to contact your insurance company directly for this information. Your receipt, issued after payment at each appointment, will be coded for insurance and ready for you to submit to your insurance company quickly and easily.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) may also be used to cover acupuncture treatments. For more information, contact your employer.
