SPRING Qigong Classes

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong) is one aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Qigong promotes health through the practice of slow, meditative movement.  The practice of Qigong can help improve strength, balance, and mental focus.  It is also believed to enhance immune system function.  Simple, dance-like exercises are taught individually, and are then performed together in a sequence.   The gentle movements can be done sitting, standing, or even lying down and so the benefits of Qigong are accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical challenges or limitations.

To register for a class, please call 703-623-8340.  All classes will take place at my acupuncture office, 443 Carlisle Drive in Herndon, in the ground floor studio.
